Duration: 20 Hours (Maryland COMAR standard).

Renewal Certification Application (obtained only from the MBON)
- Fill out in black ink only!
- Have the RN at your facility sign the renewal application before class

- One (1) passport photo 2x2 in size
- One (1) $20.00 money order made payable to the Maryland Board of Nursing (MBON)$30.00 online payment on the Maryland Board of Nursing website.
Delivery: Instructor-led, live virtual classes (weekday evenings).
Initial CMT

Recertification CMT
4 hour/ 1 day course
Cost- $125.00
The Recertification Course is only for individuals who are currently working at a facility where an RN Supervisor can supervise your training and sign off on your Renewal Certification Application. The following items are required for the Renewal CMT class
